Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of digital guides on veltapress.com. The seller is Ramos Digital Ltd, company number 17403039, registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Buying from us means accepting what follows.
1. What you are buying
A licence to read a written guide, in PDF and EPUB, for your own use. You are not buying the copyright, and the text remains ours. The licence does not expire and is not tied to a device.
2. Permitted use
Read it, print it, keep copies on as many of your own devices as you like, and share it within your household. Quote from it with attribution. None of that needs our permission.
3. What is not permitted
- Reselling the file, or bundling it into something you sell
- Uploading it to a public site, file-sharing service or messaging channel
- Reproducing substantial parts of it as your own writing, course or coaching material
- Removing the copyright notice from the file
Doing any of these ends the licence. It does not trigger a refund, because the licence was the thing you bought.
4. Price and payment
Prices on the site are in US dollars and include any tax we are required to charge. Your card issuer may apply a conversion charge if your account is in another currency — that is between you and your bank, and we never see it.
5. Delivery
Download links are emailed on payment and remain valid for 30 days. If a link expires before you have the file, write to us and we will issue another at no cost. We deliver by email only; there is no postal product.
6. Refunds
Set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days, no interview.
7. No advice, no guarantee
Our guides are educational material written for a general reader. They are not financial, legal, medical or tax advice, they take no account of your personal circumstances, and they are not a recommendation to take or avoid any specific action. We make no promise, projection or guarantee about money saved, earned or managed. What follows from reading depends on your situation and your decisions, neither of which we control.
8. Availability
We try to keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If the site is unavailable when you want to download something you have paid for, write to us and we will send the file directly.
9. Liability
The guides are supplied as they are. To the fullest extent the law permits, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought, and we keep previous versions on request.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of your own country.
